The New York-based company said it had net income of 98 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.21 per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of eight analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.11 per share.
The investment manager posted revenue of $3.71 billion in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $3.07 billion, also exceeding Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $2.83 billion.
Blackstone Inc. shares have increased slightly more than 3% since the beginning of the year.
