The Wood Dale, Illinois-based company said it had net income of $1.01 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.03 per share.
The maker of alternative-fuel power systems posted revenue of $144.3 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $69.3 million, or $3.01 per share. Revenue was reported as $476 million.
