Costco Wholesale Corp., down $37.72 to $846.59.

The warehouse club operator is raising its membership fees for the first time in seven years.

Citigroup Inc., down $1.27 to $65.71.

Government regulators slapped the bank with a $135.6 million fine, citing insufficient progress in resolving internal control and risk issues.

Delta Air Lines Inc., down $1.87 to $44.99.

The airline’s second-quarter earnings and revenue fell short of Wall Street forecasts.

Conagra Brands Inc., down 43 cents to $28.38.

The maker of Slim Jim, Swiss Miss and other food products gave investors a weak earnings forecast for its fiscal year.

AZZ Inc., up $4.64 to $81.15.

The electrical equipment maker’s first-quarter earnings beat analysts’ forecasts.

Northern Technologies International Corp., down $1.73 to $13.98.

The rust and corrosion prevention company’s fiscal third-quarter earnings fell short of analysts’ forecasts.

QuantumScape Corp., up $1.65 to $7.06.

The electric car battery maker announced a deal with Volkswagen’s PowerCo to industrialize solid-state batteries.

MicroStrategy Inc., up $52.84 to $1,358.56.

The business software company announced a 10-for-1 stock split.
