Here’s What Beyoncé’s Vegan Meal Planner Looks Like

It seems Beyoncé can do no wrong when it comes to feeding her ravenous fans — and now she can add a new meal planner to her already powerhouse brand.

The plant-based lifestyle company 22 Days Nutrition is partnering with Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z to launch Meal Planner, an online portal offering people plant-based recipes, tips and same-day ingredient delivery. Beyoncé had teased her vegan diet move last month on her Instagram ahead of her Coachella music festival performances in Indio, California. Going vegan means eliminating all animal products from your diet, including dairy and eggs.

The meal planner works like this: You enter your specific cooking habits like how much time you have to cook on average, dietary needs, allergies and more to create a personalized menu. From there, you can look at thousands of recipes the company has deemed healthy and either shop for the necessary ingredients yourself or choose delivery to have said ingredients sent right to you (not available everywhere). The platform is being touted as possibly ” the future of personalized nutrition.”

Each meal provides nutritional information, and the company also offers support through online food coaches. The company markets protein bars, powders and a vegan meal delivery service. Marco Borges, an exercise physiologist, founded the company in 2010. The 22 Days service costs $14 per month, or $99 per year.

Beyoncé has previously endorsed the 22-Day Revolution diet, something she tried after the birth of her first child. She wrote the forward to Borges’ “The 22-Day Revolution” book and also started a prepared food line with him in 2015.

The Vegan Diet is tied for the No. 19 diet on the U.S. News Best Diets list, and is tied for No. 3 on the Best Diabetes Diets and Best Weight-Loss Diets lists and No. 5 on the Best Heart-Healthy Diets list.
