Best Buy has promised to unveil “thousands of hot deals,” 16 of which are already available on BestBuy.com. The following offers will be available exclusively during its Black Friday sale:

Welcoming in shoppers at 3 p.m., JCPenney hosts one of the earliest Thanksgiving store openings of all the major players. The department store is giving the first in-store customers a chance to win surprise coupons, which are good for deals like $10 off purchases of $10 or more or $500 off purchases of $500 or more. JCPenney will offer the following deals both in-store and online:
