Charm City Animal Rescue

Charm City Animal Rescue is a 501c3 organization stationed in both Baltimore and Cumberland, MD. We have an ever-growing network that enables us to save and adopt out almost 300 cats per year, most which come from hoarders, shelters, and the street.
