WASHINGTON — Kim Kardashian tried to “break the Internet” with an oiled-up
photo of her derriere for Paper Magazine — and talk show host Ellen
DeGeneres
is taking notice.
On Tuesday’s show, DeGeneres said she and her wife, Portia de Rossi, have finished their holiday cards.
Ellen debuted the gag card on the show. On the front, the card says “Happy
holidays.” On the inside — under a banner of “And a shiny new year” — are
DeGeneres and de Rossi digitally edited onto a Kardashian look-alike body.
“A shiny new rear,” DeGeneres joked.
Big red bows cover the women’s behinds.
The card is part of a promotion with photo website, Shutterfly. The site
offered “Ellen” viewers discounts on holiday cards with the proceeds going to
St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital as well as the Humane Society.
