WASHINGTON — American University is offering a new class this semester about the popular book and movie trilogy “The Hunger Games.”

Instructor Stef Woods previously taught a class on “50 Shades of Grey,” and says she loves turning pop culture into a learning experience by incorporating business, marketing and publishing strategies.
