NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Delaware’s football game against Delaware State has been postponed until Sunday because of severe thunderstorms.
Delaware’s home opener was originally scheduled for Saturday at 6 p.m., but was postponed to Sunday at noon.
Delaware and Delaware State are both looking to shake off season-opening setbacks. Delaware has beaten Delaware State in all five previous meetings for The First State Cup.
