WASHINGTON – Police are investigating the death of a man after finding his body in Lower Senate Park Friday afternoon.
Capitol Police and D.C. Fire Department personnel responded to D Street and Delaware Avenue Northeast after a passerby discovered the man unconscious.
Police have said the man’s death may be related to today’s heat, ABC7 reported. The high temperature downtown Friday was 87 degrees.
