WASHINGTON — Hockey teams know it’s good to have a force in the net.

Bauer is providing that option literally, by releasing five Star Wars-themed goaltender masks.

Which characters get represented?

Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader are the obvious no-brainers. Boba Fett remains the cult favorite one can’t ignore. Yoda fills the non-declarative sentence segment of the audience.

Shock Troopers from the prequels remain the interesting choice, as Lando Calrissian fans mutter that “this deal is getting worse all the time.”
