WASHINGTON — D.C. Superior Court has approved the release of five pictures that were entered into evidence in the assault trial of Christopher Hollosy, bodyguard for singer Chris Brown.
Hollosy was found guilty last month of assault in the incident which occurred last October outside the W Hotel.
Singer Chris Brown is charged with misdemeanor assault. Hollosy planned to testify on behalf of Chris Brown, but after being convicted he balked at testifying without a grant of immunity.
Chris Brown’s trial has been postponed until June 25. Brown has ordered returned to custody in Los Angeles where he faces a hearing regarding his probation in the 2009 beating of his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
