WASHINGTON — A car slammed into the living room of a home in Glenarden, Maryland shortly before 2 a.m. Thursday.
No one in the home on Gary Lane was hurt, but there was substantial damage, according to fire officials.

NBC4 reports that the driver said he was coming down a hill when his brakes failed and he couldn’t stop. He had minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
