EARLIER: WASHINGTON — One man is dead after a shooting in Germantown on Tuesday night.
The Montgomery County police say they got a call shortly after 10 p.m. reporting that shots had been fired near Oxbridge Drive and Route 355.
When they go there, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital and died there.
Captain Paul Starks says search dogs are in the area tracking a suspect, and the U.S. Park Police is using a helicopter to help in the search.
