WASHINGTON — Police have issued an Amber Alert for an 11-year- old girl in Maryland.
Caitlyn Marie Virts, who is white, about 5 feet tall and 80 pounds, was last seen in Dundalk, Md. around 7 a.m. Thursday. She may be wearing glasses.
Police have described this as a child abduction by her father, Timothy Howard Virts, 38. He is described to be a white man, 6-foot-3 and 280 pounds.
Police are searching for a 1999 black Dodge Durango with Maryland tags, 5AJ4458.
