WASHINGTON — On March 7 and 8, more than 35 artists will join forces to present their art, design and music to the public for two nights at the SwatchRoom Salon Party at Hierarchy in Adams Morgan.
The artists present will range from emerging, to more recognized local painters, photographers, woodworkers, designers, potters, jewelers and mixed-media artists.
Friday night’s kick-off event will feature 15 local artists curated by ArtSee, including Brian Petro, Garth Fry and Carolyn Becker. Tickets are $25 and the exhibit will run from 7 p.m. until midnight.
Saturday night’s Salon will showcase newer collections from artists and designers. The evening will also have live painting, performance art, music and break dancing.
Tickets are also $25; the event will run from 7 p.m. until midnight.
