Man hurt in fall from Fairfax County roof

WASHINGTON – A man is seriously injured after he fell of the roof of a Fairfax County building Tuesday morning.

Fairfax County Police say the man fell off a building along Golden Oak Road in Centreville at some point Tuesday morning. He fell about 25 to 30 feet, according to police.

Emergency crews transported the man to a nearby hospital. Authorities have not yet released the name of the man who fell.

The fall appears to be accidental, according to police.
