Adopted! Black Friday deals lure pet owners to find a new friend

Adopted!! Carole B, a terrier, is going home with Johanna Heskett who says, "When you're adopting a dog, you're adopting a child. You need to know that you need to be there for the next 10 to 15 years for this dog." Heskett says she's "looking forward to having something to take care of and to come home to." Heskett says Carole B will also get a name change. But she's not sure what it will be yet. The Washington Animal Rescue League offered discounted adoption fees as part of a Black Friday special.
