Town of Chevy Chase To Start Single-Stream Recycling — Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 11, the Town of Chevy Chase will provide single-stream recycling service. It allows residents to place all recyclables in the same container for regular Wednesday pick-up and the Town will also offer “backdoor” service, meaning recycling bins don’t need to be put at the curb.
