WASHINGTON – The Community Foundation for the National Capital Region is starting a fund for survivors and victims’ families in the wake of the Navy Yard shooting.
The foundation is the same group that managed the $25 million Survivors Fund after the September 11 attack on the Pentagon.
All of the money donated to the Navy Yard Relief Fund will go to victims’ families and those who were injured in the attack. Click here to donate.
The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) also has set up a support fund for families of the Navy Yard shooting.
