WASHINGTON – Fairfax County police say a man fell out of a tree in the Lincolnia area and died Tuesday.
Police officers found 21-year-old Jassiel Moyoraga Benavidez, of no fixed address, dead at the scene when they arrived around 9:17 a.m.
The incident happened in the 5100 block of Chowan Avenue.
The medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death, but detectives do not suspect foul play.
