WASHINGTON – Prince William County police are investigating the suspicious deaths of two horses at a farm in Nokesville, Va.
Police say a 10-year-old thoroughbred cross mare was found dead in a field. A quarter horse gelding Palomino was also found in the field with severe injuries that required the animal to be euthanized.
The animals were discovered between 6 and 7 Friday morning.
Police did not release additional details.
