WASHINGTON – A body was found Sunday afternoon in Prince George’s County and police are conducting a death investigation.
A Bladensburg police officer found the man around 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the wooded area behind 57th Avenue in Bladensburg near Templeton Elementary School. The Prince George’s County Police Department has taken over the investigation.
How long the body had been there, cause of death nor the man’s identity have been determined. Anyone with additional information is asked to call the Prince George’s County Police Department at (301) 772-4925.
