WASHINGTON – It was a packed house filled with students, parents and people who love up-and-coming talent.
The 10th annual Nova Idol competition was held at the Northern Virginia Community College Alexandria campus last night. It took months of auditions on multiple campuses to get down to 65 semi-finalists and then 10 finalists.
Fox5’s Tony Perkins announced the college winner, NOVA Security Management student Neebra Williams of Fredericksburg, Va., who took home $5,000. The high-school winner is Catie Lee, a freshman at Dominion High in Sterling, Va., who won $1,000.
