WASHINGTON – Dr. Robynne Chutkan is a specialist in women’s digestive health.
Stressed out and over-booked lives can take their toll on our guts. So does diet really help?
Chutkan will talk about the balance of diet and exercise needed to keep everything in check.
She considers the art and science of medicine equally essential to achieving a health and balanced mind and body.
She credits her primarily plant-based diet, Vinyasa yoga practice and long- distance running as the foundations of her health regimen.
Chutkan founded the Digestive Center for Woman in 2004 as an integrative gastroenterology practice that includes nutritional consultation, stress reducing techniques such as meditation, biofeedback and counseling, and exercise physiology.
She will be taking questions live from 1-2 p.m. Friday.
