ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Talk about stepping out. A flash mob at Westfields Annapolis Mall brought out the Irish on St. Patrick’s Day.
Dozens of dancers from the Teelin School of Irish Dance in Columbia kicked up their heels to celebrate.
