WASHINGTON – Police have identified the bodies of two males found dead Monday night in New Carrollton.
Christopher Donald, 16, was discovered near a pond on the 5300 block of 85th Avenue. He had been shot.
Prince George’s Co police spokesman Julie Parker says the ambulance crew leaving that scene spotted another body in the 5000 block of 78th Avenue in West Lanham Hills.
Alphonso Edward Thompson Jr., 23, had been shot while riding his bike, officials say.
Prince George’s County homicide detectives are trying to learn whether the two deaths are related. They won’t say if any evidence links the two deaths.
