Missing Wheaton woman found

UPDATE: On Tuesday morning, police reported that Lisa Ann Barrett had been found and is safe.

WHEATON, Md. – Police are asking for help finding a Wheaton woman who may be suicidal.

During an argument with her boyfriend late Sunday, police said Lisa Ann Barrett said she was getting ready to commit suicide. Her boyfriend called the police as she fled.

Late Sunday night or early Monday, police said Barrett also called family members and talked about planning to kill herself.

Barrett is white, 5-foot-3 and about 125 pounds. She has long brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black and white one piece dress.

She drives a gold, 2006 Nissan Maxima with a Maryland license plate of GNJ831. Police believe she was last in Anne Arundel County on Crain Highway around 3 a.m.

Anyone who has contact with Barrett or her vehicle should immediately call 911. Anyone with information about her should call Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000.
