OCEAN CITY, Md. – Buyers who plan to turn their vacation homes into rental properties should not expect to make money in Ocean City — at least not in the short term, real estate brokers say.

Real estate brokers Bud Church of Coldwell Banker/Bud Church Realty and Bernie Roache of Century 21/New Horizon talk about what you can realistically expect if you buy a property and plan to rent it.
