A large coalition of Syrian rebel groups got together this week and began organizing efforts to defeat what it calls Russian occupation.
Richard Barrett, senior vice president at the Soufan Group says the situation is reminiscent or perhaps even worse than what happened to the Soviet military in Afghanistan in the 1980s.
