EARLIER: WASHINGTON — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 78-year-old Maryland man.
Raymond Bernard Drozd was last seen around 5 p.m. on Tuesday in Havre de Grace, police say.
Drozd is described as standing 5-feet-10-inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with white hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket and dark pants.
Police say Drozd may be driving a blue, four-door 2002 Buick Century with Maryland license plate A176604.
