You could easily buy the most expensive homes in each jurisdiction of the DMV – 3150 South St. NW, #2A, in D.C., is going for a mere $13.95 million, Zillow says, while 1005 Founders Ridge Lane, in McLean, Virginia, is listed at $12.5 million, and 9300 River Road, in Potomac, is going for $14 million. You don’t even have to haggle!

You can’t quite buy the Washington Capitals — they’re valued at $565 million, Forbes says. But surely you can find a partner for the last bit? You could go halves with another Powerball winner for the Wizards, valued at $900 million. Or you could settle for the Dallas Stars.
