The 18-year-old is charged with manufacturing, selling, giving, distributing or possessing with intent to manufacture, sell, give or distribute a controlled substance, or an imitation controlled substance.
The death of 17-year-old Alexia Springer on March 1 sparked the investigation when police found the Centreville resident unresponsive at her home in the 13800 block of Coleman Court.
