WASHINGTON — Jon Stewart is in the twilight of his stint as host of The Daily Show, but he’s still captivating an audience across the airwaves, most recently in his opening monologue Thursday night.
Following the shooting at a historically African American church in Charleston that took nine lives, Stewart used his platform to discuss his feelings on the matter, saying “I have nothing for you.”
Stewart’s last day at the show will be August 6.
