This year’s grand opera at the Filene Center at Wolf Trap is Verdi’s Rigoletto – which tells the tale of a father whose fierce desire to protect his daughter leads to a tragic quest for revenge. Some of Verdi’s most memorable music graces this poignant and unforgettable opera. Complete with the National Symphony Orchestra with Grant Gershon, conductor. Friday night August 3rd at 8:15 p.m.
