    Did some back-of-the-envelope-calculations
    If the Postal service were to get rid of the "bulk rate" (pizza/chinese delivery menus, Verizon FIOS circulars, etc) and require first-class postage, then using some conservative figures I found they would bring in 13 BILLION dollars more nation-wide.

    Isn't their current deficit sitting at a pretty 9 billion now?
