Ricardo Delgado-Tobar, 48, is wanted wanted for sexual battery of a juvenile, Fairfax County police say.
The Springfield resident fled the area after police contacted him regarding the assault and detectives say they don’t know if he is still in the area or if he possibly fled the country.
Police began investigating Delgado-Tobar after the teenager told her high school guidance counselor in February that he had sexually assaulted her several times, police say.
The victim and the suspect know each other.
