Weekend concerts: David Crosby, indie rock and electro-folk

WASHINGTON — This weekend’s top concerts include indie greats, an electro-pop superstar and a songwriting legend.

Here’s a look at our top concert picks:

Saturday at the 9:30 Club, Dr. Dog finishes out their two-night stand. Friday’s concert is sold out.

The Pennsylvania-based band will be performing at this year’s Bonnaroo Festival.

Scheduled for Sunday at Echostage, Ellie Goulding performs. She cites Bjork and Imogen Heap as influences, so fans of heartfelt “electro-folk” won’t want to miss this show.

Also scheduled for Sunday at Wolf Trap, David Crosby performs.

Crosby recently released “Croz,” his first album in 20 years. It was hailed as a “triumphant solo return” by Rolling Stone Magazine.
