PerSei, the first new apartment in the massive redevelopment of Mid-Pike Plaza, will start leasing in January and be ready for move-in in May.
Bozzuto will manage the 174-unit property and this week released a few renderings of what one of the first completed parts of Pike & Rose will look like.
The units will be 1- and 2-bedrooms ranging from 615 to 1,585 square feet. The building has frontage along Old Georgetown Road and will be across a new street from the main retail and entertainment facility in the redevelopment, which will feature a movie theater, gym and Strathmore-supported music venue.
On the other side of that building will be the Pallas, the second apartment building to be delivered in Pike & Rose. That 18-story building will offer about 300 units and likely at a higher price than the PerSei.
Bozzuto is opening a leasing center next month and is offering special rates for employees and employers that take part in a Preferred Employer Program. The more employees from a particular company that live in the building, the higher the incentives.
The Pike & Rose website describes the apartment as putting residents “in the mix,” playing up the restaurants and amenities on the way in the first phase of the project:
Whether lounging poolside, tasting wines, nestling by the fire or hitting the bike trails, PerSei will place you in the mix. Spill onto the streets and sidewalks of Pike & Rose for al fresco dining, live entertainment and many neighborhood amenities. PerSei keeps you connected with technology services and programs so you can keep going with your active lifestyle.
