WASHINGTON – A charter bus carrying students from Williams Elementary School in Prince William County was in an accident Wednesday afternoon.
The students were coming back from a field trip to the Richmond Science Center when the bus was involved in a chain reaction accident south of Fredericksburg on Interstate 95.
The school district says all the students are all fine, but one parent on the bus had to be transported to the hospital.
The student are due back at the school about 5 p.m. Parents are being asked to pick up their students there.
