WASHINGTON – A man accused of grabbing and groping several women in the Dupont Circle area has been charged, police say.
Police say Oscar Cornejo-Pena, 30, is charged with four misdemeanor counts of sexual abuse for grabbing and groping women while riding past them on his mountain bike.
Cornejo-Pena told police he has committed as many as eight similar assaults in the last few months.
