WASHINGTON – Bad customer service is something people grit their teeth over.
Some people try to deal with it politely. Others, take revenge.
The Huffington Post is out with its “10 Ways to Retaliate,” using examples of actual customer revenge.
One man turned his car into a negative ad, writing on the window of his van: “Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge LIED to us to make this sale.”
Another man wrote the word “FORECLOSED” on the window of a Bank of America branch.
Others caused social media stirs, created viral videos or started Change.org petitions.
