Ready to PIG OUT???

Pig lovers get ready for “Porc Out,” Bourbon Steak’s 3rd annual pig roasthosted on the patio on Sunday, August 19th from 12 – 3pm. Enjoy a whole roasted pig from Leaping Waters Farm, as well as a slew of sides made by Executive Chef Adam Sobel. slow-roasted pork shoulder tacos, assorted pork sausages from Red Apron and crispy Thai style pork ribs, an oyster bar courtesy the War Shore Oyster Company.
