tattoo flash mob in Dupont Circle Thursday to
raise awareness of D.C.\'s lack of voting rights in
Congress.
District residents and leaders have sought statehood for decades. On Flag Day 2014, residents were asked to show their D.C. pride during a voting rights demonstration.
