Roads in Rosslyn reopen after water main break

UPDATE – 6:30 a.m.: All roads in Rosslyn have reopened.

ROSSLYN, Va. – A water main break has four blocks of Rosslyn blocked off, the Virginia Department of Transportation says.

Four blocks are blocked off in the area around Lee Highway and Lynn Street.

Arlington County says the following intersections in Rosslyn will be closed until further notice:

  • N. 19th/Lynn Street
  • Lee Highway/Moore Street
  • Lee Highway/Ft. Myer Drive
  • N. 19th/Nash Street.

The closures may affect Bike to Work Day.

Metro says access to the Rosslyn station may be impacted by the break, but the rail service is operating normally.

Metro says bus service to and from the Rosslyn Metrorail Station may be delayed or detoured.

Metro is tweeting its bus changes.
