Motorcycle crash kills a man in Spotsylvania County, Va.

WASHINGTON – A motorcyle crash in Spotsylvania County, Va., has killed a man from Mississippi.

Virginia state police say 39-year-old Timothy Waaga died after a crash on Harrison Road just east of Wexwood Court at around 10:20 p.m. Saturday night.

Police say Waaga’s Harley Davidson motorcycle crossed over the solid double line in the center of the road and hit a Ford Focus head on. Waaga was wearing a helmet.

Waaga died at Mary Washington Hospital a few hours after the crash. The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
