WASHINGTON – Baltimore police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing woman.
Police say Barbara Williams, 44, was last seen on Christmas at her home in the 6500 block of Colgate Avenue, wearing a dark blue jacket and blue jeans.
Police say Williams is developmentally challenged, and ask anyone with information to call 911.
