WASHINGTON — A man was arrested in connection to a kidnapping that occurred on the 200 block of Elm Street in Northwest D.C. Saturday, near the Howard University campus.
Adam Murray, 24, of Northwest D.C. was charged with kidnapping and simple assault Saturday. according to D.C. police.
Murray held two women inside a home against their will at 10:23 p.m. Saturday according to the police report. One of the women said Murray would physically hurt her if she left the location, police said in the report.
Police said the women did not have any injuries.
