Missing Md. woman, 2 children found safe

UPDATE 4:10 a.m. 2/9/2015: The Anne Arundel County Police say everyone has been found safe.

EARLIER: WASHINGTON — The police are asking for the public’s help finding a woman and two children who have been missing since Sunday afternoon.

The Anne Arundel County Police say that Vivian Cooke showed up at a house on Watts Avenue, in Severn, to take Faith and Gracie Davis, ages 9 and 8, to a party in Columbia. Police say the woman at the house described Cooke as a family acquaintance.

At about 5:40 p.m., a family friend called the house to say the three never got to the party.

Cooke is described as 46 years old; 5 feet, 2 inches tall; 148 pounds; with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a brown sweater, a brown skirt and brown boots. She was driving a dark green 2007 Toyota 4Runner with Maryland plates 9276DA.
