POSITION SUMMARY: Work closely with digital advertising operations and sales teams to develop, execute and manage advertising campaigns that meet the marketing/business objectives of clients and overall business strategies of the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Independently develop, manage and optimize online advertising campaigns that meet clients’ marketing/business objectives and success metrics.
  • Execute the coordination, scheduling, production and implementation of all digital campaign elements to ensure timely, accurate implementation, as well as full delivery.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and analysis of clients’ digital campaign performance

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create digital media marketing solutions.
  • Advanced PC skills; strong experience with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Working knowledge of project management software/platforms, Marketron, DFP and Efficio a plus.
  • Knowledge/experience trafficking and optimizing web campaigns preferred.
  • Experience with Internet page creation preferred (HTML/Java Script, ASP, Flash, and/or streaming media platforms)
  • Ability to establish and maintain internal and external customer relationships, communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to function in a team environment.
  • Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate computer keys and general office equipment (telephone, copier, calculator, etc.) for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly and follow both oral and written direction.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Works in professional, collaborative team environment with a number of members. Normally a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
